What payment options do you accept?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and Wire Transfer.
We also offer cash on delivery.
The payment options available for each country are displayed on the payment page, once you have entered the delivery country.
What currency is displayed on the website?
The prices visible on our websites are indicated in EURO and then converted into different currencies. These prices exclude any duties and taxes which are either added or deducted at checkout.
We are not responsible for discrepancies in currency values or conversation rates that your bank or credit card company may use when shopping on our website. If you have any questions about this, please contact your bank or credit card company.
Do you store my payment information?
We do not receive or store any payment information. All transactions are processed directly through the payment module. Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any party other than your bank.
How do I register?
We recommend using your email address as your username, which makes it much easier to remember. Please make sure your password has at least 6 characters. You can easily create your own account by clicking on "create an account".
I forgot my password, what should I do?
To reset your password, follow the "FORGOT PASSWORD" instructions on the LOGIN page. Please note that for security reasons we are unable to email your old password.
How are taxes and duties applied to international orders?
Prices on our website do not include taxes, duties or shipping charges. Depending on where you live, your country's customs office may impose a few additional fees on your order: import fees, declaration fees, import duties (tariffs), and/or taxes. In some countries, orders below a certain value may not be subject to duty. This is often known as the De Minimis value and is determined by your local customs office. For all online orders, all costs necessary for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer. They will be invoiced on arrival.
On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of parcels.
In the event of delivery outside Europe, we have the obligation to indicate the value of your order directly on your package.
